Window Cleaning

Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, but we do not work in heavy rain, rain does not make windows dirty so there should be no reason not to work in the rain other than health and safety, however if you feel the windows are not clean after we have been please just get in touch and we will happily come back free of charge.
 

Do you clean windows inside?
Yes, however we do ask that you move any items away from the window as we do not want to damage any of your personal belongings and may charge extra for the additional time taken in moving items.

 

How often do you clean the windows?
We are happy to work to any time frequency however we recommend that you have your windows cleaned every 4-6 weeks, any longer tends to be noticeably dirty.

Do you clean the Frames & Sill's?
Yes, we clean window frames and sills every time, this is part of our promise and guarantee to our customers?

Can I skip a clean?
Yes, of course, we do not hold you to a contract so you can reschedule at any time and we do not charge for this. Although if this becomes a frequent thing we may suggest that you reconsider how often you have your windows cleaned as we do suffer a loss of income each time someone cancels.

Do I have to be home?
No, most of our customers are not in when we come round, we will always close the gate as we leave.

Gutter, Fascia & Soffit, Cladding & Render Cleaning

How regular should my gutters, fascia & soffits, cladding and render be cleaned?
We recommend that Gutter, Fascias & Soffits be cleaned at least once every 12 months. If your house has got trees nearby that shed leaves into your gutters we would recommend twice per year.
Cladding & Render should be cleaned as and when required and must be done as part of the manufactures guarantee. We recommend that it is done at least every two years. 
 

How do you clean my gutters and Soffit & Fascias?
Our vacuum gutter cleaning system allows us to safely inspect your guttering from ground level then vacuum up any debris, ensuring water can easily, quickly and safely be taken away into the drainage systems.

 

How do you clean my cladding and Render?
We use a technique called soft-washing. This uses eco-friendly chemicals, and soft brush to gentle agitate the surface to remove any mould or unsightly stains, without causing any damage to your property or the environment.

No, most of our customers are not in when we come round, we will always close the gate as we leave.

Jet Washing

What can be jet washed?
Our jet washing system is suitable for driveways, patios, wood decking, composite decking, fencing, and brickwork. 
 

Do you remove weeds?
Yes, we also take all rubbish away with us and dispose of it properly as we are a fully registered waste carrier.

 

Do I have to be home?
No, most of our customers are not in when we come round, we will always close the gate as we leave.

 

Are your chemicals safe?
All of our chemicals are eco-friendly and safe on the environment. Should we have to use anything else to get the job done we will discuss with you before hand.

What if my patio or driveway is made from materials not suitable for Jet Washing?
Never fear, as we have Jet Washing's cousin that can deal with these situations. This is our Soft Washing System specially designed for materials such as, Porcelain, Sandstone, natural stone, and many others.

Other Questions

How do I pay?
You can pay in cash, card, via bank transfer, or we have a payment link on the invoice, just click the link and follow the steps. Unfortunately we do no accept payment via cheque.
 

How much do you charge?
Many houses are very different but we believe we are very competitive, you can simply send us an email with pictures to get a price, otherwise we are happy to give a quote in person at no charge.

 

What happens if i am not happy with the work ?
We have a simple guarantee policy, if you come home finding that you are not 100% happy with the work done, just give the head office a call and we will arrange a return visit within 48 hours to correct the issues free of charge. If you are still not happy after this we will refund you the full amount.

Can you just clean the front of my home?
Yes, we can, however our minimum fee is £10.00
